President Bush Accidentally Marries Jenna’s Fiancé Henry Hager

BushWedsHarryH.jpg(Crawford, TX) George W. Bush never imagined that his daughter Jenna’s wedding day would end up with him being the blushing bride.  That’s right President Bush is a married man, for the second time!

During the traditional walk down the aisle, the president got mixed-up as he sat Jenna down next to his first wife Laura and stepped to take Henry Hager's hand.

“I don’t know what happened,” said Bush, who added that he’s usually on the ball about things. “I got swept up in all the flowers, candles and lace and decided that I wanted to get married again.”

“I got swept up too,” said Hager. “One second I’m looking at Jenna, thinking about the wedding night, and the next the President is saying I do…I wanted to say something, but George looked so happy. ”

Jenna, the expected bride, tried to stop the ceremony, but as she approached her fiancé and father, she was tackled by secret service and sent away to GITMO.

Attorney General Michael Mukasey said the mix-up by Bush is not as big a problem as it seems. “President Bush just got emotional and married a man. It’s really not that uncommon. His dad did it. And besides, misters Bush and Hager can put this whole affair behind them, just as long as they did not consummate their marriage.”

“Whoops,” said Bush looking down. “I guess I’m going to have to rethink that whole same-sex marriage thing.”
